Tony Bennett: Tony Bennett is an American legend and possesses one of the most recognizable voices in American pop culture. The native New Yorker has been singing since he was a teenager, scoring his first hit in 1951 with the #1 single, "Because of You". Since then, Bennett's career has experienced the ups-and-downs of the recording industry. He persevered through the ever-changing nature of popular music and has amassed awards as well as Platinum records. In total, he has released over seventy albums and has charted over thirty singles through a career that recently marked its sixtieth anniversary.

For his recordings, performances and television appearances, Bennett has been honored with numerous awards.
