Sun Life Stadium

Sun Life Stadium is a world class sports and entertainment destination and hosts a wide variety of events. Along with Miami Dolphins football, Florida Marlins baseball, and the FedEx Orange Bowl, Sun Life Stadium is home to the 2007 and 2010 Super Bowls.

Sun Life Stadium has played host to three NFL Super Bowls in 1989, 1995 and 1999, two MLB World Series 1997 and 2003, and numerous concerts, featuring entertainers such as U2, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Elton John Billy Joel, Chicago, Genesis, Gloria Estefan, Guns & Roses, The Who, Hall & Oates, Rod Stewart, Paul McCartney, and the Three Tenors World Tour.

Other events held at Sun Life Stadium include international soccer matches, Monster Truck shows, Hoop-It-Up Basketball, RV and Boat Shows, the UniverSoul Circus, numerous trade shows and festivals.

Sun Life Stadium has been home to many commercials and many feature films as well. On Any Given Sunday, starring Al Pacino, Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx, and Pet Detective starring Jim Carey, the Miami Dolphins, and Dan Marino are movies filmed at Dolphin Stadium. MTV’s “The Ashlee Simpson Show” also recently aired footage at Dolphin Stadium during a show featuring Nick and Jessica Simpson, stars of the hit show, “Newlyweds”.
